Information regarding our cancellation, returns and exchange procedures

You have the right to cancel and order that you have placed with us or exchange any item purchased from us for any reason whatsoever until 7 days after the date on which the product has been delivered to you, provided you have not used the product or unsealed its packaging.

In the unlikely event that any product is found to be faulty in any way we will offer a full refund or exchange if replacement stock is available at the time, but we will have no further liability to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with any product it may be returned within 30 days of order for an exchange or full refund of the product purchase price.

The product must be in its original condition with all tags attached  and include all original packaging materials. We are unable to refund damaged or used items. We are not accountable for minor colour differences or minor size variations on the site. This is not a TogOut error and will not result in a refund of the original or return shipping costs.

A copy of the original dispatch note will also need to be included in the package for any products returned to us.

All goods must be returned at your own cost. We will not accept liability for any items lost on their way back to us without proof of delivery.
